Running on gasoline, the Generac GP2500i operates with a 98 cc OHV 4-stroke engine, delivering 120V, with a running wattage of 2,200W and a peak wattage of 2,500W. Additionally, the parallel capability facilitates doubling of power output when linked to another similar or compatible unit, offering enhanced energy capacity and reliability for diverse requirements.
This inverter generator is equipped with a classic hand-operated recoil starting mechanism.
The GP2500i's fuel tank, boasting 1 gallon, allows it to operate for up to 8 hours with a full tank (with an estimated fuel consumption of 0.13 GPH).
Delicate electronics can be plugged in the AC outlets safely, as the GP2500i generates a clean sine wave, reaching a <3% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).

The GP2500i also benefits from Generac’s COsense® carbon monoxide monitoring. This technology senses and manages CO output and shuts down the unit when necessary, to protect you from CO poisoning.
