General Shipping Overview

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Saturday.

  • Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Service Area: Contiguous United States. (Note: We do not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally).

MXR Generators — Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Transit Time: 1–5 business days after shipment.

  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 2–6 business days from the date of order.

Freight (LTL) & Large Items

Many of our products are large, heavy, or oversized and ship via freight.

  • Transit Time: 1–12 business days (varies by destination).

  • Delivery Type: Standard Curbside Delivery.

  • Special Requirements: If you require Liftgate Service, Residential Freight Delivery, or Inside Delivery, please contact us at 314-833-8000 prior to or immediately after ordering to coordinate logistics.

  • Accessibility: Please ensure the delivery location is accessible to a full-sized freight truck.

Tracking & Damage Inspection

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the carrier picks up your order.

  • Delivery Inspection: You must inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Reporting Damage: Any damage (including concealed damage) must be reported within 48 hours to sales@durvy.com with photographs and your order number.
