General Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

Restocking Fee: 15% on all non-defective returns.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping/freight costs.

Condition Required: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Equipment (including generators) that has been fueled, started, or installed is not eligible for return.

Refund Method: Original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 314-833-8000 or sales@durvy.com. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective goods at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Cancellations

In-Transit Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Freight Dispatch: Orders canceled after freight has been scheduled with the carrier may incur carrier-related charges.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed.
Regional Restrictions
California Residents: MXR Generators are not available for sale or shipment to California. Orders placed with a California shipping address will be canceled and refunded in full.
