General Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% on all non-defective returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping/freight costs.

  • Condition Required: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Equipment (including generators) that has been fueled, started, or installed is not eligible for return.

  • Refund Method: Original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 314-833-8000 or sales@durvy.com. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective goods at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Cancellations

  • In-Transit Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

  • Freight Dispatch: Orders canceled after freight has been scheduled with the carrier may incur carrier-related charges.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@durvy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will reply with a return shipping address and specific instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed.

Regional Restrictions

California Residents: MXR Generators are not available for sale or shipment to California. Orders placed with a California shipping address will be canceled and refunded in full.
