Returns & Refunds
Return Window Items shipped via parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility

Standard Parcel Items: Must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Freight (LTL) Items: May be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all original freight costs, return freight costs, and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Fees & Costs

Restocking Fee: A flat 15% fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Outbound Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the refund.
Cancellations

In-Transit Orders: Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Freight Dispatch: Orders canceled after freight scheduling may incur carrier charges at the customer’s expense.
