Returns & Refunds

Return Window Items shipped via parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Parcel Items: Must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Freight (LTL) Items: May be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all original freight costs, return freight costs, and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: 

    • Used, installed, or altered equipment (including fueled gas items)

    • Items missing original packaging

    • Clearance or final-sale items

Fees & Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A flat 15% fee applies to all non-defective returns.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Outbound Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

  • In-Transit Orders: Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

  • Freight Dispatch: Orders canceled after freight scheduling may incur carrier charges at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us at 314-833-8000 or sales@durvy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We provide replacements or full refunds for damaged or defective goods at no cost.

Return Process & Processing Time

  3. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the item being received at the return center.
